Mrs. Chardae is a mother, wife and passionate teacher who desires to see all children thrive and reach their fullest potential. She is an advocate for all children including those with special needs. She earned her Bachelor's degree in psychology from Delaware State University in 2007. She later earned two Master's degrees in Education from Wilmington University. She is a licensed Special Education Teacher that has worked with and taught many children from various backgrounds, ages and ability levels.  In addition, she is a certified Principal for the State of Delaware and an Early Childhood Administrator. The birth of her latest blessing gave her the desire to open an in-home child care program where she could serve and care for the children from her community.
